Team Clancy has been in the business since 1988 starting at a local brokerage, owning and operating Clancy Realtors, and transitioning to joining Prudential/Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. We bagan more than 6 years ago building a small but effective team including adding an an operations manager that build our basic systems, allowing us to operate in a productive but balanced team.

Team Clancy offers a laid back environment in which we work as a team to support agents and clients alike, providing a 5-star experience. As the transaction manager you are at the head of the transaction helping navigate files from pre-listing all the way through post-close.
