Tom Clancy
With 25 years of Real Estate Experience, focusing on both buyers and sellers in the Gull Lake School District market, Tom is an expert at helping clients establish a list of their wants and needs in finding their next home and helping them sell one of their most personal assets! Tom uses his experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. Tom is a lifelong resident of the Gull Lake Area, graduating from Gull Lake High school and returning with a Bachelor’s degree from Ferris, to start his own real estate brokerage with his brothers, Bill and Chuck. Their real estate brokerage is now part of Berkshire Hathaway Homes Services-Team Clancy. Not only has Tom built his career here, he and his wife Kim, a 6th grade science teacher at Gull Lake Middle School, have chosen to raise their 4 children and establish deep roots in the Gull Lake community.
Chuck Clancy
As an experienced real estate professional, with more than 25 years in the real estate business, Chuck prides himself in helping his clients reach their real estate goals with his extensive knowledge and excellent customer service. Chuck has worked in every aspect of the real estate industry representing buyers, sellers and investors in both the residential and commercial market. In 1995 he and his brothers Bill and Tom formed Clancy Realtors, which is now has become part of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services-Team Clancy. As a lifelong resident of the Richland/Gull Lake area, and a Graduate of Gull Lake Schools, Chuck can offer you a unique perspective of the area real estate market. Along with his wife Linda, a teacher at Gull Lake Schools, they are raising their two sons, Dawson and Mason, both graduates at Gull Lake Schools, here in the Richland/Gull Lake area.
